Tempe Center for the Arts

All of Novaballet's performances take place at the Theater of the Tempe Center for the Arts, located at 700 W. Rio Salado Parkway, between Priest and Ash.

The center can be accessed from the 202 Freeway by exiting at Priest, and driving south to Rio Salado Parkway. Take a left at Rio Salado, then the Center is on the left.

You may access the Center from downtown Tempe by taking Ash Ave north, which turns into Rio Salado Parkway at Town Lake. The Center will be on your right.

Parking

There is plenty of FREE, on-site parking directly to the west of the Theater.

Metro

The nearest Metro station is Mill/3rd Street in Downtown Tempe. There is a walk that equals about 6 city blocks to the Center through Beach Park and the Town Lake Promenade. Allow at least 20 minutes. Schedule is subject to change, so please check up-to-date timetables here.

Dining

The Tempe Center for the Arts features the Lounge at TCA, just off the main lobby with views of Town Lake. TCA is also a few blocks from numerous restaurants along Mill Ave. Click here for a listing of restaurants in the Mill Ave. and Lake District of Tempe

What Do I Wear?

Novaballet is a snob free zone and celebrates expression, so feel free to express yourself in any way. Friday night performances usually see a combination of styles which range from suits and dresses to the casual Friday corporate look. Saturday nights are usually a little more 'dressy', especially for those on a date night. Sunday matinees tend to be casual, especially in the Summer heat.These are by no means to be considered guidelines, so feel free to come as you are and enjoy the Nova experience.
